How to make an Easy Chocolate Cake
Chocolate Cake is very delicious and famous for every person all over the world. Follow these steps to make a chocolate cake
The first step you must do to make this cake is to melt the chocolate. To do this, cut the tablet into small pieces and melt it in a water bath. Put it on medium or low heat and when you see that the chocolate begins to melt, you must stir it so that it does not burn. Once ready, remove the saucepan from the heat and set it aside for later use.
Now grab a bowl and pour in the sugar and butter. You must beat both ingredients quickly to get them to integrate well and obtain a homogeneous mass. Use manual or electric rods, as you prefer.
In another container, beat the egg whites until stiff the desired texture is achieved. See the article on how to mount snow-clearing to see the procedure. When they are ready, add them to the bowl in which you have the sugar and butter mixture, and stir all the ingredients very well.
Add the previously melted chocolate to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients and, if you wish, also a little vanilla essence. Beat everything with energetic movements to create the cake dough and it acquires the delicious flavor of chocolate.
On that same bowl, you must sift the flour with the baking powder. By doing it directly on the container in which the chocolate cake dough is located, you will avoid having to dirty other kitchen utensils. Stir everything again until the dough is smooth.
To finish, pour the chocolate cake dough into an ovenproof pan. With the oven preheated to 180ºC, insert the mold and let it bake for at least 40 or 45 minutes. To know if it is done, all you have to do is test the toothpick, prick it in the center and check that the sharp object comes out completely clean. This will mean that the chocolate cake is ready.
