- 250 grams of ground cookies
- 130 grams of unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 packages of cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 1/4 cups condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Follow these steps to make cheesecake
We will start our cheesecake recipe without oven preparing the base of the cake; for this we will only have to crush the cookies until we achieve that they are like powder. When we have it, we will have to melt the butter in the microwave.
Next, we must add the crushed cookies and the two tablespoons of sugar to the undone butter. We remove everything so that there is a homogeneous mass and we spread it on the cake pan, applying force so that there is a solid and consistent base. We put 10 minutes in the freezer and put it in the fridge.
Next, we will make the filling of the cheesecake; for this we will have to beat the cream cheese in a mixer until we get a smooth and creamy texture. When we have it, we must add the condensed milk, add the lemon juice and the vanilla extract. We beat again until everything is perfectly mixed.
The last step is to remove the mold from the refrigerator and add the filling that we just made in the mold. Flatten well with the help of a spatula and put the cake in the freezer for 2 hours.
To finish with our cheesecake without an oven, we will have to take the cake out of the freezer and, if we like it, we can decorate it with raspberries, chocolate, or blueberry jam. We put it for half an hour in the fridge to cool down and voila!
