Ingredients:

1.  1/2 liter of black coffee
2.  4 eggs
3.  300 g cream
4.  1/4 kg of white sugar

Steps to follow to make coffee ice cream

Break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Place the 4 yolks in a kitchen container or saucepan where you will make the coffee ice cream mixture.

Then add the sugar to the eggs and beat them for a few minutes. You should get a frothy mixture. When you see that you have achieved it, you can continue to the next step.

With the foamy mixture whipped on , it’s time to add the 1/2 liter of black coffee . Do it little by little and carefully. We recommend that you stir the coffee with the egg foam and sugar with a spoon to get a homogeneous mixture.

Once you have finished incorporating all the coffee, do the same with the 300 grams of cream. Remember to stir the mixture while you add this ingredient.

With the mixture made, it’s time to place it in a saucepan – if you haven’t already – to heat it up over moderate heat . Stir the mixture little by little while it is on the fire and when you see that it begins to boil, you can remove the saucepan from the stove.

Set the mixture aside and keep stirring it while you let it cool. This time you don’t need to move it continuously, you can let it rest for a while.

When the coffee mixture is cold, you can place it in the freezer. Remember not to do it before, as the solution could be damaged or broken.

Leave the solution in the freezer until you notice that it is completely cold and the liquid has solidified.

Ready! You will have your coffee ice cream ready to taste. Surprise your guests with a delicious homemade dessert.
