The first step to start making this cream biscuit recipe is to mix the cream with the sugar and a little lemon zest in a bowl. Stir all the ingredients with a few rods until they are well integrated. In another container or plate, beat the eggs and when finished add them to the previous mixture and mix again until everything is linked.2
Now it is the turn to add the flour and, for this, we advise you to sift it and add it little by little to avoid lumps in the dough.
