Every words that comes out of our mouth directly affects our thoughts and the possible reactions to them.
We can feel more positive when we speak positively and more sorry when we speak negatively, although this is not something we do on purpose. That is why it is important to speak in the most positive way possible.
There are also some words that are effective in our frequency when we speak positively. If you pay attention to these words, your positive flow will be stronger.
Our mind can immediately accept the information we say. For example: our mind accepts this information and attracts it energetically to the frequency of this information, and you may feel bad, exhausted and in no mood to achieve your goals.
The most effective words we can use
You can test this in front of a mirror. Look at yourself and say “I look very tired” a few times, you will find that after a while it will seem that you are really tired. If every word you express properly is so effective on your body and energy, then let’s see which words will contribute the most to you.
- I’m strong.
- I am beautiful.
- I can do it.
- I am joyful.
- I am full of confidence.
- I am happy.
- My energy is very high.
- I like myself.
Words that can negatively affect
These examples can be multiplied even more. Choosing and repeating as many positive words as possible will increase our energy. To keep ourselves recharged with energy, we must pay attention to the daily use of some words.
For example, the word “but” can weaken the word that comes before, when we use it regularly we may be detracting from positive words, only adding the but to justify, frame or end a sentence, therefore it would be more convenient avoid its use, or do it purposefully.
The second word to pay attention to is because. Each “why” brings an explanation and a detail later. Because it can stop you from the possibilities that may arise. Especially after a negative thought, combining with because it can result in a heavy load that counteracts your energy.
The “why” is intended to negatively justify the thoughts, and the result will be a more solid negative thought.
The third word you should pay attention to is want. When you want something, you radiate “don’t have” energy around you. Universal balance, on the other hand, responds to the energy you radiate.
When I say I want a glass of water, I mean I have no water, give me water. The energy that I radiate is that I have no water. Universal balance can increase this desire and lead me to the process of seeking more water and asking for more water. It’s okay to use the word “choose” instead. Your life is determined by your choices.
You can make your life more positive with your words, actions, and choices. Remember, every word that comes out of our mouth comes back to us through a conscious or unconscious journey. Sometimes we realize it and sometimes we don’t, but the flow continues and can negatively or positively affect our lives.
